Deposits are paid to secure a course place, a percentage of the deposit is forwarded to the hotel to secure accommodation at the venue where the course is to be held. 

In the event of a delegate cancelling a course booked any deposits paid will be forfeited (no refunds will be given). If the full fee has been paid the amount totalling the deposit required for the course will not be refunded. If the cancellation is less than 14 days prior to the
course place booked the full course fee is due and no refunds will be issued.

Deposits and/or course fees paid are to secure a place on your chosen course date; fee's are therefore non-transferable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance of a course.



Elestial Training must refund all monies paid for a course but not exceeding the amount paid for the course required; if the applicant is not accepted onto the course as places are limited.  When a delegate is accepted onto a course Elestial Training will send an email and /or letter (if email address provided to Elestial Training when booking directly on-line) to confirm that a place has been booked on the required course. Delegates will only be deemed accepted onto a course once a written confirmation has been issued by Elestial Training.  Elestial Training will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by delegates booking hotels directly or travelling costs.



In the unlikely effect a course is amended/cancelled: Elestial Training reserve the right to amend published course dates and/or venue.  Elestial Training also reserve the right to cancel course dates giving the delegate at least 7 days notice. Delegates in this instance will be transferred to another course date/venue or given a full refund of all fees paid (refunds do not exceed the amount paid by the delegate). All course fees must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to course.
