Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)

All students taking our practical tuition courses will receive the benefit of a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), undertaken by Hunter-Burnside Associates/Thomas International Systems.

The PPA is an assessment of the individuals likely behavioural characteristics as displayed in a work setting. From a simple questionnaire that takes around 3 minutes to complete, the Thomas System can generate a basic report that will detail how the individual communicate, motivate and interact with clients.

The benefits of taking the Personal Profile Analysis with the therapist training sessions gives the trainee hypnotherapist a characteristic profile that they can match to develop their own therapy delivery style. This has the benefit of ensuring that the training of individual therapists takes on a more personalised approach using a highly matched profile analysis, which takes into account the personal characteristics of students during tuition. Allowing individual therapists to become aware of their own strengths and weakness so that they can modify their own behaviour patterns to suit the therapy situation.

William Grimshaw

Principal Associate of Hunter-Burnside, Bill retired from his post as Head of Service in Local Government three years ago. A qualified Psychologist and Careers Advisor, he is mainly involved in providing career development counselling to a wide range of clients, including head teachers, solicitors and new graduates.
Bill is licensed to deliver all of the Thomas International Systems and is an Investors in People Advisor.
 

Rosemary Dunn

Rosemary is Managing Director of Learn-Kit Ltd., a specialist training and Consultancy Company that was established nearly 15 years ago. The Company has recently achieved the highest grades awarded in the UK for a government inspection.

Rosemary is an Investors in People Advisor and has been delivering the Thomas International Systems to clients for more than nine years. Some of her clients include Post-graduate departments of training hospitals, schools of nursing and local business.
